The Age of Aquarius - a time of metamorphosis
We are living at a turning point in time. The Age of Aquarius is a time of information, equality and self-awareness. It is the end of hierarchy and the beginning of inner power. It is a time for each of us to become a leader for ourselves.
Five Sutras for the Age of Aquarius
1. Recognise that the other person is you
2. there is a way through every obstacle
3. when time is rushing you, start acting and then the pressure will disappear
4. Act through compassion, otherwise you will not understand these times
Vibrate the Cosmos and the Cosmos will pave the way
The more people consciously embrace these changes, the easier the transformation will be for humanity as a whole.

Experiences of Participants
I have been very tense in my body since the death of my grandmother who replaced my mother. 3 times in my sleep I cried and woke up crying. After this nada yoga class it was as if all these tensions lessened
and I can feel the joy. You can tangibly experience the power of sound.
I felt calm for the first time after the last class. I felt the inner silence usually carried me energetically and I had an emotional storm . I sang my sound for the first time today and it was amazing that it worked so well I got the energy and felt it flow through the central channel. Thank you to you for the wonderful organisation.
What is Naada Yoga for me? I have thought about it many times and have come to the conclusion that it is a super-tool for personal development and changing the world because we raise the vibration of the Earth. By chanting we raise our vibration, and according to quantum physics....
there is no time and space and every cell in our body (we have 50 billion of them)-resonates with all the other cells of all the people in the world. The world was created from the sound of OM so we by chanting OM-and other sounds-restore it to the ideal matrix of creation(by means of vibration and visualisation).Negative sounds and deeds distort the ideal matrix pattern and we correct it-raise its vibration. AND THIS IS GREAT.
I follow the path of spiritual development because I think it is the purpose of my life. When I'm in a Naada Yoga class I don't go anymore I just fly and it's very cool( I have the same with kundalini).
At our meetings I feel as if I am among ”my own people" whom I can trust and experience beautiful and unforgettable moments together.
I enjoy the rhythmic exercises-although some are difficult especially the last one with the simultaneous beating out of the rhythm.
I locate the three points and feel the vibration of the sound, hit the key and feel the circulation of energy from the top of my head through my hands (where I feel the stored energy) to my feet and back again-a kind of energy lift.
The ragi from last year had the biggest effect on me. I developed tremendous courage and the will to act and close some life issues.I felt the energy for a month. For a week I cried like a beaver, then less frequently every two-three days but all the time I had energy and euphoric sensations. I felt like I was in a dream i.e. I was correctly perceiving our world as Maya(dream).
What I like the most is the synchronisation of the 3 points and simple ragas, which I don't find difficult, because I can concentrate on my gut; if it doesn't work out, you have to practise and then quantity will give quality.
