“I am full of admiration and gratitude to Yogi Bhajan for his gift to people - the openly taught, ancient, systematised practical and theoretical knowledge of the human being. Exploring it and growing Awareness allows me to approach the process of life with increasing confidence and gentleness.”

I wrote these words a long time ago, not knowing what I later learnt about the Teacher, without whom I probably would not have known kundalini yoga in this capacity, intensity and community.

Kundalini Yoga: experience and practice

Kundalini Yoga and Yogi Bhajan I met on my path many years ago, thanks to Hari Dev Singh, but although I started my practice then - it took some more time, the fulfilment of destiny of other events, experiences and life reflections for me to finally recognise her guiding light on my current path. Since 2006 thanks to this technology, all the paths I have followed so far integrate, the bumps in my emotions even out, and there is an acceptance of life's challenges, choices and myself. Life acquires more and more meaning and beauty. Step by step, I am moving closer to understanding and realising the visions my soul tells me about every day. Following the bumpy road of life, however, I have fulfilled many of my dreams, i.e. travelling near and far, intuitive painting and working with the colourful light of stained glass, a house with orchard and garden, sailing and crazy horse gallops, a deep experience of love, children and marriage, with cat and dog by the fireplace, meeting many interesting people and ... meeting God - in everything. Now I am happy to share my experience and am happy to serve by passing the Light of the Teachings on.

“If You Don't Se God In All - You Don't See God at All! / If you don't see God in everything - you don't see Him at all!” YB

My first teacher training course

I completed in 2008 the first national one-year teacher training course conducted by Satya Singh's team of trainers (Hamburg) organised by Sarbjot Kaur and Hari Dev Singh, certified by the Kundalini Research Institute (USA). I regularly attend workshops and meetings with other teachers and Sangat in Poland and abroad, outstandingly valuable was the meeting of the Guiding Teacher, who for me is Shiv Charan Singh from Karam Kriya School. Under his guidance, I continue my own practice, learn more about the esoteric meaning of numbers and in 2013 I completed the Level II Teacher Training Course in London. I have also started working with the International School of Kundalini Yoga ISKY since 2011 assisting on their subsequent Teacher Training Courses in Poland. I have been an Associate level trainer since 2015. The leaders of this school are the authors of the Polish edition of the book: Kundalini - the essence of yoga. (ABA2004).

Coach Professional

I am currently celebrating as a Professional trainer since 2024, when despite a lot of turbulence along the way: my own, regarding kundalini yoga, Sikh Dharma and Y.Bhajan - I am still growing on it and getting more and more familiar with it. As you can see after the years, I am not rushing towards any goal. I am like a tortoise and I recommend this way of life. I don't mean titles or achievements, but stages that bring something surprisingly new. As I have gone along this path, many opposites have shown themselves to me and I have managed to integrate them. I now have a sense of wholeness and coherence, of finding the right harbour in which to station myself safely and from which to sail out into wider waters. Great gratitude.

In this flow of trust, I started to organise a Level 1 kundalini yoga teacher training course TEACHER OF THE WATER ERA and build a Polish community of teachers trained by Karam Kriya School trainers.

Together with the team of coaches and interns (how glad I am that we have been cultivating teacher development since the beginning)

Ayurveda

I extend my understanding and skills by learning ayurveda as a branch of knowledge consistent with the message of yoga, I am a consultant in contact with Dr Partap Chauchan of Jiva Ayurveda in India and I incorporate the principles of lifestyle, diet and herbs and massage into my daily life, also trying to pass them on to others. I collaborate periodically with other practitioners of this ancient medicine i.e. Dr Srishir Prasad and Saurab Pardeshi. It is this and not any other method that helps me with my hypothyroidism and along with the practice of yoga, adds quality to every stage of life.

Voice work courses

Since 2016 - another fascinating path has opened up for me naada (naad) yoga, which has its prominent place in the teachings of Kundalini yoga, but we owe its fuller knowledge and experience to Vemu Mukunda's method and the arrival in Poland of Stefano Manfrin, with whom we learned during workshops and two editions of the annual Academy of Development through Music - Vidyalaya. I also developed my skills under the guidance of Mata Mandir Khalsa and Siri Ram Khlas.

From 2022 onwards, I offer 3-4 weekend courses on the basics of hearing and producing the voice, contacting the voice with the body and its sensations. I introduce the eastern concepts of Raga and Rasa, a taste of the sound of different scales of sound, which sensitises participants to the richness and fullness of music. We learn about the music-therapeutic aspects of the method.

I love Women's Circle meetings and regularly try to attend the annual Women's Circle Assemblies,

I have a predilection for wildlife, horses, wolves, and silence and beauty... I was able to realise this by living at the Cottage on the Edge of Time.

My various life roles - mum, artist, woman, yoga and meditation teacher, consultant and naturotherapist - weave together in a colourful pattern of an interestingly lived life.
