August week with Yoga and Ayurveda - The Magic of Time: Cycles of Life

Despite the uncertainty surrounding the viral commotion, some of you may nevertheless be planning your holidays, so my annual offer of a trip to Silna near Pszczew, to the wonderful Lake Peasant in the middle of the forest, is open to women and men who want to encounter the theme of passing and what comes of it besides ending and dying.
THE CYCLES OF LIFE are an invitation to the MAGIC OF TIME, i.e. they are the science of its management according to the teachings of yoga, the science of being at the right time in the right place, and the exercise of intuition which runs out of time. A THEME RELEVANT TO THE TIME WE ARE IN NOW, CHOSEN AND DESCRIBED AT THE END OF 2019.

Seen only as a measurement of our mortal life and its affairs, time is a process of shorter or longer duration, which you will call loss if it is an unconscious disconnecting of you from something you thought was yours, strongly connected to you or even as a part of yourself. A process that can also be giving back and moving on to the next stage of your life with gratitude if it is done consciously step by step.

It is easier to notice, experience and accept these steps if they happen slowly over time, more difficult if they happen abruptly, suddenly, unexpectedly and we feel surprised by them. But this is only perception. Reality surprises us when we don't listen, don't resonate, don't notice the right cues at the right time.

Because time is actually your personal ability to perceive events on all planes of the self simultaneously. What we perceive at the level of physical matter is the slowest becoming. And if your perception does not go beyond it, you say that something happened like a bolt from the blue. Meanwhile, this something happened earlier in your mind, in your breath, and earliest in the realm of spirit. It is only by not having the tools that we are unable to refer to those events - to name them or associate them, to relate and draw conclusions, to take the right action to support or stop the movement of energy.
So how can we change this.

Slow down time. It's a bit like the task of wanting to see, without any camera, how a flower bud unfolds moment by moment. Or how the wings of a bee move. You'll say there's no chance of that happening. Because... you're breathing too fast. By slowing down your breathing you can get to the point where you can hear your heartbeat slowing down and blood flowing through your veins. If you open your eyes in deep meditation, the world looks like a slowed-down film display. And to be able to open your eyes and stay in meditation, you have to be 100% present in the body, not drifting off anywhere, not travelling in astral spaces, but being here and now, so that time and space are at one point of duration.

By exercising ourselves in this experience, we can come to track energies - which are accelerating and which are leaning. We can distinguish which are our personal ones and we can direct them, and whose dynamics are shared with others in the family, city, nation, environment, etc. - these we have influence over through other people, large or limited, never 100% but still we do.
Then, hearing in your veins an impending event that you want to bypass or divert from your path you need to emit an opposing energy with a vibration and frequency that shatters that wave.

And if it is already your time to change, to give up and surrender - then you start dancing with this wave, directing it a little to the right, a little to the left, slowing it down, so that its vibration gradually prepares the situation of change. If, knowing that change is inevitable, you fight to the end with interference, don't be surprised that you feel blown away by the element, exhausted as after a storm on the ocean. This is the result of your ignorance and disregard for the forces that are emitting signals in your direction to co-operate.

16-22.08.2020 Nourishing immersion in Nature

IN SILNA BY THE LAKE. CHŁOP, DOM POD LIPĄ / Pszczew Landscape Park
Give yourself time to break away from the day-to-day in favour of finding spiritual balance through the wonder of nature, a light cleansing vegetarian diet and a yogic daily routine.

There will also be time for the body and mind to regenerate, to find and regain the energy retained in painful memories, repressed emotions, disallowed fears. The science and art of yoga does not bury the history of life, does not demand an analysis of memories - it invites you to purify their contents through the technology of breath, movement, concentration and mantra. Trust your inner feeling and let go of what you hold so tightly. Breathe. What awaits you is a week of rest, fun but also working with the methods of yogic knowledge of the spiritual, mental, mental and physical dimensions of the human being, a few small challenges, and caring for the needs of the female body with Ayurveda on a daily basis.
—————————————————————————————

PROGRAM: lectures and talks in the Circle, 2 yoga / meditation sessions every day, 1 day of silence to explore inner silence and regenerate the senses, but also to activate another dimension of communication; morning „trance” runs to the lake and swimming, „breathwalk” walks in the forest, 3 vegetarian meals (1 x cooking together), artistic, creative activities, lots of time for yourself, and in the evenings relaxing to the sound of drums and gongs, singing by the fire, as well as learning mutual relaxing face, head, hand and foot massage, ...

During these days you will experience a process of renewal on a physical, mental and spiritual level. You will experience both an Inner Silence conducive to deep introspection and the proximity of others in conversation, in sharing yourself together, in action and in practice. You will soothe your mind and feed your heart with contact with Nature. Through the simplicity of each day, your Body will relax and regenerate.

Such a trip can often stir dormant strings within us by moving us away from familiar realities, by changing the rhythm of the day; it is a relaxation from daily chores but works on other levels of existence - it regenerates what is tired of everyday life, temporarily weakens established mechanisms of action which allows for an opening of consciousness and a broadened perception (not only intellectual).

- so if you feel that this might be the time for you, for you as a couple - apply now and the decision you make internally will set other events in motion so that it is possible to make it happen.... You are invited

*Ayurveda - tips for balancing lifestyle, sleep, senses and diet; cooking and oil massages.
*Karam Kriya - a consulting method leading to the completion of initiated sequences of events, based on numbers;
*Nada (Naad) yoga - a method of working with sound on subconscious patterns. Pure voice on vowels, and Mantra.
*Artistic activities ? surprise

Kundalini Yoga leads through gentle or intense, but always effective sets of exercises. The session begins by establishing a connection between the soul and the body through the sound of a mantra. It then guides your body through graceful postures rearranging patterns and blockages left in it by anger, shame and grief. It renews the flow of energy, making you open, ready to be a fulfilled being. Kundalini is a biological way of expanding the mind, it is the food of our consciousness, it reaches out through the nerves. Systematic work with one's own energy, mind and emotions by becoming familiar with the dynamics of the breath, calmly and comprehensively stretching the body and activating the chakras leads to a coherent and lasting connection of soul, body and mind, noticing one's own beliefs and limitations and that these can be healed. Great prophets, mystics, sages and people of genius have achieved their evolutionary goal. They harmonised their lives with the forces of nature that govern our lives. Their purity, truth, moderation, compassion, humility, above all, helped them to do so.
