The following section discusses the NAADA YOGI system, created by VEMU MUKUNDA and adapted and developed by STEFANO MANFRINA (information about the teacher can be found HERE at our website)

In September 2020 in Warsaw The second edition of the school is set to begin „Naada Yoga Vidyalaya”, or AkaNaada Yoga Academy of Science and Art. Please read the information below, but please note that we ask that you submit your carefully considered applications, enrolments and advance payments by 31 August 2020.

We ask prospective participants to understand that, as this type of training programme cannot be delivered online, the timely completion of all modules will depend on national and European regulations relating, for example, to Covid-19 and other matters. Should the dates of the sessions be postponed, online contact will be possible, but patience will be required to continue the course over a longer period of time.

We invite you to join us on a year-long journey through sound, during which we will explore four aspects of this path of discovery:
1. Healing sensations and emotions through the resonance of sound waves within the physical body; the science of „cleansing” life energy, which is governed not by consciousness but by Nature.
2. Exercises to improve the quality of the voice, breathing and energy capacity, with a view to enhancing the flow of prana and various energy circuits.
3. Elements of Classical Indian music: practising a sense of rhythm, ragas matched to energy circuits, learning to play the harmonium and composing songs.
4. The spiritual aspects of developing higher character traits and channelling divine values through specific feelings and states of mind. The teachings of Buddha, Yogananda, Sri Aurobindo, and others…

N AA D A Y O G A VIDYALAYA    This “musical evolution” school will be the second edition to be held in Poland.
The course will be divided into six seminars over a period of approximately one year, based on the premise that music is essential for personal development. We will explore the conscious and subconscious mind through the sensation of sound wave vibrations in the body and mind. We will experience the influence of vocal vibrations on the harmonisation of the mind, the endocrine system and the nervous system, and through this process, purify the individual samskaras (records of sequences of consequences) arising from karmic causes and effects. Naada Yoga frees our soul and mind from emotional attachments.

Furthermore, work on rhythm, sound, voice, vibration and tonality, carried out through repeated practice of bhajans and songs, will be interwoven with knowledge concerning, amongst other things, the 10 qualities one should cultivate in one’s character on the path of development, and the 12 divine attributes (qualities) which cannot be developed but must be embodied bestowed upon us by Grace, once we are sufficiently prepared to use them in the service of others. It is a beautiful journey through the spiritual dimensions of humanity, and the knowledge and qualities of humility, depth and devotion that Stefano exudes make this study an extraordinary and transformative experience. .

The seminars will take place in 5–6-day modules approximately every 10 weeks. The programme is divided into two periods:
1) the basic course + some of the advanced seminars
2) a series of seminars offering deeper insight and practical work
You don’t need to have any musical experience, but people with such experience are also welcome.

PLEASE NOTE! Each participant will need to purchase an instrument before the course begins: a harmonium (preferably) or an electric organ (not particularly recommended), as part of the course will be devoted to using the instrumentlessons and playing the harmonium. We can help organise a group booking for harmoniums once a group of at least 8 people who are willing to pay for the course has been formed. Alternatively, everyone can organise their own.

Detailed PROGRAMME – see N A D A Y O G A VIDYALAYA programme

A long-term commitment to the programme not only yields knowledge and skills, but also brings about an inner transformation on many levels. Exploring self-awareness and the topics covered in the programme as a group helps to strengthen bonds of friendship and trust in oneself and others.

It is only through „Naada Yoga Vidyalaya” that a student of Naada Yoga can be properly trained in this exquisite practice and acquire all the elements of experience and knowledge needed to continue it independently. Otherwise, despite their enthusiasm and willingness to practise after completing basic and advanced courses in just one or two weekends, the student is unable to progress properly and does not know where to find the necessary information or what to do at home, which, unfortunately, may result in them abandoning this wonderful practice …

COST for 6 seminars = 22 days of group classes from 10.00–19.00 + 2 private lessons for each of you + printed materials included in the package (as well as the venue, flights and accommodation for the lead teacher):

*A one-off payment of 1,500 euros to be made by 30 August 2020.

**1,600 euros in 3 instalments, confirmed by cheques issued by 30 August 2020 (500 euros by 30 August 2020, €600 by 31 October 2020 and €500 by 4 December 2020)

***In addition, each participant will need to purchase an instrument: a harmonium (preferably) or an electric organ (not particularly recommended but cheaper), as part of the course will be devoted to using the instruments and playing the harmonium. If you register in advance, we can provide full details and assistance with the purchase – we can help organise a group order for harmoniums once a group of at least 8 people who have paid for the course has been formed. Prices start at 500 euros.

RegisterEnrolment is completed by filling in the form and paying the course fee. We will email you the form and the details of the prepayment account.
