BOOST YOUR IMMUNITY AND VITALITY FOR WINTER!
Although this one-day workshop is relatively short, – can bring about significant changes in how you perceive yourself and help you tap into previously unknown reserves of energy, by taking a bird’s-eye view of current issues, focusing your mind on your soul’s life purpose, and learning methods to maintain physical balance.
The working methods will draw on the multifaceted scholarly legacy of Y. Bhajan:
– Kundalini yoga to boost your energy
– the practice of long, deep meditation – to master concentration (dharana) and the withdrawal of sensory impulses (pratyahara). It is specifically aimed at mastering the three aspects of the mind: negative, positive and neutral
– sound and vibration: Naad – mantras and the sound of the gong as ways of clearing habitual mental ruts and creating new neural connections
– breathwalk: mantra-guided breathing and a long walk in nature.
– Ayurvedic health advice – with a particular focus on the autumn and winter seasons – to boost the immune system and counteract mood swings at a physiological level.
