The Karam Kriya School in Poland is pleased to announce that following the launch of the kundalini yoga teacher training courses according to Y.Bhajan, KRI Level 1, we are also starting Level 2 teachings.
This means that they are best taken after, or at the end of, the basic teacher training course. But not exclusively, about which more later.
Level 2 courses - are five almost weekly modules (6 full days plus arrival and departure) once every six months (minimum interval) or once a year (optimum interval) and followed by several months of work on your own, and in sub-groups with other teachers.
This serves to deepen your practice and understanding of the

In the first instance, we invite you to a module on Conscious Communication - in March 2026.
It is a programme about becoming aware of one's many faces, roles, shadows and masks that hinder our access to our self, to the essence of s
and to communicate with the world from this place, in a conscious way. The aim of the course is to recognise subconscious patterns of communication, or even the lack thereof, and to heal them with kundalini yoga methods.
It is a profound journey within oneself, almost a „hero/heroine's journey”, to reach the forgotten places within oneself where repressed feelings have taken the shape of a monster that seems better not to be touched, even though it has seized the treasure of our full spiritual potential. Equipped with the wisdom of the teachings and the protection of the lineage of the 10 gurus, we want to reclaim this treasure.
We will also practise the ability to listen deeply (receive), be aware of communication, verbal and non-verbal transmission (transmit) and witness neutrally in a Shunia state (observe), in order to communicate effectively.

The course will be conducted partly in English, translated into Polish, and partly in Polish.
He is certified by KRI, the Kundalini Research Institute in the USA, for kundalini yoga teachers after KRI Level 1.
It is also possible to participate without being a certified kundalini yoga teacher, but we recommend participation for people who are already familiar with this type of yoga, because at the second level we assume that you know the basic practices and issues, as well as that your kundalini yoga experience gradually stabilises.

FOR WHAT: 2890/3090/3300 pln for the teachings (costs for Shiva Charana S., i.e.: accommodations, flights, training, examination and certification and translated parts of the textbook, room rental with adjoining facilities and other organisational costs) plus a drop for the communal table: 350 pln for 3 vegetarian meals per day, for 6 days. Meals will be prepared in a seva group system under the supervision of a cook and host.

Certificate requirements
Confirmation letters will be sent within 40 days of the examination closing date.
It is assumed that the student has completed the L1 and presented the KRI certificate;
According to the KRI protocol, we cannot issue an L2 confirmation letter without explicitly confirming the L1 certificate.

Karam Kriya School in Poland informs with joy, that after establishing teacher trainings of kundalini yoga (according to Y. Bhajan), level 1 KRI, we also start level 2 trainings.
