Inner Journey in the Vibration of 2 GONGS and Other Natural Instruments

Every month, I invite you to a session of a deep inner journey awakened by the sounds of 2 gongs, starting with deep relaxation according to the Schultz or Jacobson autogenic training method and Yoga Nidra, and ending with the soothing sounds of natural instruments reminiscent of murmuring water and the crystalline sounds of various bells.

An hour of relaxation using gongs, rain sticks, Tibetan bowls and bells, etc., will allow everyone to learn how to effectively let go of tensions from the body and mind.

The sound of the gong causes deep relaxation as it frees you from the torrent of thoughts and stimulates the glandular system to a higher level of functioning.
It cleans neural connections, soothes brain waves, vibrates in the body - disintegrating in the initial phase, then internally tuning and integrating. When you listen to the sound of the gong, it penetrates every cell and fibre of your body. At times this can seem surprising or even frightening, as emotions and thoughts are provoked to flow out of the subconscious. The whole nervous system is put under pressure to adjust and heal. Surrender the mind and body then, and the sound will move you beyond any fears, freeing the nervous system from many illnesses.

The vibration of the gong strikes the body and its meridians. It releases blockages, reduces tension and stimulates circulation. The result is a reorganisation of emotional energy and feelings that are enmeshed in the body's structures.

The parasympathetic nervous system is governed by sound. The sympathetic nervous system is governed by vision. It is the sympathetic system that needs to be regulated. The parasympathetic system regulates the sympathetic. But it is usually weakened by drugs and ill health. For the regeneration of the parasympathetic nervous system, nothing works more strongly than the sound of the gong.

Please dress warmly and comfortably and take a mattress and blanket, possibly a pillow too.
