The teachers who create this course
The course will be conducted entirely by the head teacher and trainer of this school: Shiva Charan Singh, who is the spiritual teacher of many people gathered around Ashram Guru Ram Das in Portugal, and a mentor to many teachers throughout .
The accompanying trainer, during the training course, will be Agnes Hari Kartar.
The course will be conducted partly in English, translated into Polish, and partly in Polish.

Who this course is for
He is certified by KRI, the Kundalini Research Institute in the USA, for kundalini yoga teachers after KRI Level 1.
These are best taken after, or at the end of, the basic teacher training course.
It is also possible to participate without being a certified kundalini yoga teacher, but we recommend participation to people who are already familiar with this type of yoga, because at the second step we assume that you know the basic practices and issues, as well as that your kundalini yoga experience gradually stabilises.
Practice modules at level II
Level 2 courses - that five almost weekly modules (6 full days plus arrival and departure) once every six months (minimum distance) or once a year (optimum interval) and the following many months of own work, and in subgroups with other teachers. This serves to deepen one's practice and understanding of the most important aspects of one's life, in order to be able to better serve oneself to others. These aspects determine the subsequent practice modules.

In the first instance, we invite you to a module on
Informed Communication
in March 2026.
It is a programme on becoming aware of our many faces, roles, shadows and masks that hinder us from accessing our self, the essence of ourselves and communicating with the world from that place, in a conscious way. The aim of the course is to recognise the subconscious patterns of communication, or even the lack of it, and to heal them with kundalini yoga methods.
It is a profound journey within oneself, almost a “hero/heroine's journey”, to reach the forgotten places within oneself where repressed feelings have taken the shape of a monster that seems better not to be touched, even though it has seized the treasure of our full spiritual potential. Equipped with the wisdom of the teachings and the protection of the lineage of the 10 gurus, we want to reclaim this treasure.
We will also practise the ability to listen deeply (receive), be aware of communication, verbal and non-verbal transmission (transmit) and witness neutrally in a Shunia state (observe), in order to communicate effectively.

Why start Level II
At Level 2, through your personal practice, group process, deep interactive discussion, intensive meditation, you will go through a transformation that will help you deepen your own direct perception of the teachings. This will also serve to improve your ability to create and maintain Sacred Teacher Space.

Price includes:
Sciences: 6 days of training, examination and certification, parts of the handbook translated into Polish (hard copy), or digital English version, room rental with annexes and other organisational costs, i.e. travel and accommodation for trainers.
Price does not include:
Your food costs on site (under the seva group system - approx. 350 pln) and accommodation in the area (you need to find it yourself or with a few friends - the organiser does not provide accommodation but can help with the logistics)

Mhe place guarantees a deposit of PLN 900, - paid into the account specified in the reply to the submitted form.
A refund of the deposit is only possible if someone is found in your place.
