The teachers who create this course
The course will be conducted entirely by the head teacher and trainer of this school: Shiva Charan Singh, who is the spiritual teacher of many people gathered around Ashram Guru Ram Das in Portugal, and a mentor to many teachers throughout .
The accompanying trainer, during the training course, will be Agnes Hari Kartar.
The course will be conducted partly in English, translated into Polish, and partly in Polish.

Who this course is for
He is certified by KRI, the Kundalini Research Institute in the USA, for kundalini yoga teachers after KRI Level 1.
These are best taken after, or at the end of, the basic teacher training course.
It is also possible to participate without being a certified kundalini yoga teacher, but we recommend participation to people who are already familiar with this type of yoga, because at the second step we assume that you know the basic practices and issues, as well as that your kundalini yoga experience gradually stabilises.
Practice modules at level II
Level 2 courses - that five almost weekly modules (6 full days plus arrival and departure) once every six months (minimum distance) or once a year (optimum interval) and the following many months of own work, and in subgroups with other teachers. This serves to deepen one's practice and understanding of the most important aspects of one's life, in order to be able to better serve oneself to others. These aspects determine the subsequent practice modules.

Cycles and Lifestyles
from 31 March – 5 April 2027.

Learn to harmonise the 7-, 11- and 18-year cycles of your life and understand why this is so important. Focus your attention and set a vision for your future so that the flow of good fortune and abundance becomes a natural consequence of the balance between these rhythms.
We will delve into the practical art of transforming our lives: moving away from habits that degrade the soul – towards a discipline that nurtures and develops it.
During the course, we explore the theme of cyclicality in life and invite you to reflect deeply on your past in a way that reveals hidden scripts and patterns. This, in turn, enables you to take charge of your own future. When your energy, intellectual and perceptual resources are consciously engaged, you gain the ability to manage these cycles and, above all, to adapt your lifestyle to them.

Why start Level II
At Level 2, through your personal practice, group process, deep interactive discussion, intensive meditation, you will go through a transformation that will help you deepen your own direct perception of the teachings. This will also serve to improve your ability to create and maintain Sacred Teacher Space.

Price includes:
Sciences: 6 days of training, an exam and certification, a textbook translated into Polish (printed version), hire of a hall and associated facilities, and other organisational costs, i.e. fees payable to the KRI, travel, transport and accommodation for the trainers.
Price does not include:
Your food costs on site (under the seva group system - approx. 400 PLN) and accommodation in the area (you need to find it yourself or with a few friends - the organiser does not provide accommodation but can help with the logistics)
First instalment of the fee – Deposit
MA deposit guarantees your place – paid into the account specified in the reply to the form you sent. See below.
A refund of the deposit is only possible if someone is found in your place.
The second part of the fee in euros
The second instalment of the fee must be paid directly into the Karam Kriya School’s bank account in Portugal, the details of which will be provided once the deposit has been paid.
