Do you remember when you wanted to go to class and you said: „I can't”? Do you remember how you wanted to get up in the morning and be close to God in your sadhana and instead you said: „I can't”? Do you remember when you wanted to love and be with someone and instead you decided: „I can't”?
All the problems on this planet come from this „can't”. This causes us to slip from the dharma of our destiny. We need to make our will so pure, clear and positive that this „can't” - does not touch us. Kundalini Yoga transforms the „can't” into perfection.
Every sequence has a consequence. When we start a sequence, the consequence will be the result. If you don't want a consequence, don't start the sequence. Have that control! Control your „no!”
Practising kriya with this mantra will give you a rhythm. When your life is subject to rhythm, your „I can't” will go away.
Posture: Sit up straight in Easy posture, as if you were Lord Buddha.
Mudra: Draw the middle fingers over the backs of the index fingers, blocking the other two fingers with the thumbs. Bend your elbows and raise the mudra to ear level.
Eyes: eyes are closed.
Mantra: Chant Har from the navel to the beat of Tantric Har by Simran Kaur and Guru Prem Singh. Be constant and consistent.
Time: 11 minutes.
To finish: take a deep breath in, hold it. Let the breath and the mantra multiply in your being. Exhale. Repeat. Then inhale again deeply and strongly, hold and draw in the navel. Exhale and relax.
