PRACTICE TIMES

To achieve certain desired effects of kriya and/or meditation - certain amounts of time are needed .

*3 minutes of meditation - affects electromagnetic field, circulation and blood image stability.
*11minute meditation - begins to change the nervous and endocrine systems.
*22 minutes of meditation - balance the three minds (negative, positive, neutral) and they start to work together.
*31 minutes of meditation - allows the glands, breath and concentration to interact with the cells and rhythms of the body. Allows the psyche of meditation to affect the 3 guna, all 31 tattvas, and all levels of mind projection.
*62 minutes - change the grey matter in the brain. The subconscious „shadow mind” and external projections become integrated.
*2.5 hours - alter the psyche in its relationship to the surrounding magnetic field so that the subconscious mind is securely held in a new pattern by the surrounding universal mind.
