1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
- The administrator of the personal data collected via the website http://ajurweda-joga.pl/. is Agnieszka Ziobrowska-Mosak, email address: ayurveda-yoga(małpka)gmail.com, hereinafter referred to as the „Administrator”, who is also the Service Provider.
- The Customer's personal data shall be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883 as amended) and the Act on Provision of Electronic Services of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204 as amended) as amended.
- The controller shall take special care to protect the interests of the data subjects and, in particular, shall ensure that the data it collects are:
- processed in accordance with the law,
- collected for specified, legitimate purposes and not subjected to further processing incompatible with those purposes,
- Substantially correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed and kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing.
2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION
- The personal data of Service Recipients, collected by the Administrator, is used for:
- contacting the recipient (customer)
- The Administrator processes the following personal data of Service Recipients:
- Name,
- Email address,
- Phone number,
- The Administrator may process the following data characterising how the Customer uses the services provided electronically (exploitation data):
- Designations identifying the telecommunications network termination or data communication system used by the Customer.
- Information on the commencement, termination and scope of each use of the electronically provided service by the Customer.
- Information on the use of services by the recipient
provided electronically.
- The provision of the personal data referred to in point 2 is necessary for the Service Provider to provide electronic services on the website.
3. BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING
- The use of the website and the conclusion of contracts for the provision of services by electronic means through the website, which entails the need to provide personal data, is entirely voluntary. The data subject decides independently whether he or she wishes to start using the services provided electronically by the Service Provider in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
- Pursuant to Article 23 of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883, as amended), the processing of data is permitted, inter alia, when:
- the data subject gives his or her consent, unless it is the erasure of data concerning him or her.
- it is necessary for the performance of a contract where the data subject is a party to it or where it is necessary to take steps prior to entering into a contract at the request of the data subject.
- The processing of personal data by the Controller shall always be carried out within the framework of the grounds of permissibility of processing listed in point 2. The processing shall be related to the performance of a contract or the necessity to take steps prior to the conclusion of a contract at the request of the data subject (point 2(b)).
4. THE RIGHT TO CONTROL, ACCESS AND RECTIFY THEIR DATA
- The customer has the right to access and correct his/her personal data.
- Every person has the right to control the processing of data concerning him/her contained in the Controller's filing system, and in particular the right to demand that the personal data be completed, updated, rectified, temporarily or permanently suspended or erased if they are incomplete, outdated, untrue or have been collected in violation of the Act or are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.

5. COOKIES„
- The website of the Service Provider uses „cookies”. If the Client does not change the settings of his/her browser, this is tantamount to consenting to their use.
- The installation of „cookies” is necessary for the correct provision of services on the website. Cookies contain information necessary for the proper functioning of the website, in particular those requiring authorisation.
- Types are used within the website:

- „Session” cookies are temporary files that are stored on the Customer's terminal equipment until the Customer logs off (leaves the website).

- „Analytical” „cookies” allow a better understanding of how the Service Recipient interacts with the content of the website, to better organise its layout. “Analytical” „cookies” collect information about how the website is used by the Service Recipients, the type of website from which the Service Recipient was redirected, and the number of visits and the time of the Service Recipient's visit to the website. This information does not record the specific personal data of the Service Recipient, but is used to compile statistics on the use of the website.
- The user has the right to decide on the access of „cookies” to his/her computer by selecting them in advance in his/her browser window. Detailed information on the possibility and handling of cookies is available in the settings of your software (browser).
6. FINAL PROVISIONS
- The controller shall apply technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of the processed personal data appropriate to the risks and categories of data protected, and in particular to protect the data against their access to unauthorised persons, against their being taken by an unauthorised person, against their being processed in violation of the applicable regulations, and against their alteration, loss, damage or destruction.
- The Service Provider shall make available appropriate technical measures to prevent the acquisition and modification by unauthorised persons, of personal data transmitted electronically.
